6. Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property created or developed during the course of the job will remain the property of our company, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

 

7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or disagreements, both parties agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction. 

 

8. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be subject to change or modification at any time. Any updates will be communicated to clients in writing.
